GENERAL SALE CONDITIONS

 
Bookings are considered firm when given a credit card number or a 30% deposit of your sojourn.
Cancellation :
One month : no penalty
2 weeks before : 30% penalty
3 days before : 100% penalty
 
 
SHORTENED STAY
 
In the event of an interrupted stay, if departure is notified 72 hours prior to the anticipated date of leaving, the hotel bill will be the equivalent of one night as a compensation.
 
 
TIME OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
 
All reservations are kept until 6 p.m. Please let us know if you intend to arrive later than this hour.
Departure :
Hotel bedrooms must be vacated before 12.00 p.m.
Arrival :
We will do everything possible to ensure that your bedroom is ready as early as possible. However, this may not be achieveable before 3.30 p.m.
